Description: Lauric based non-hydrogenated cocoa butter substitute with quick melting, mouthfeel and flavor release. More suitable for cold environment. Does not require tempering and fully replaces cocoa butter. Label friendly as it is trans fat free.It provides good elasticity, gloss retention and fat crystallization at lower viscosities.
